How gauche is this?
Almost two years ago, the love of my life, Alison Parker, and one of my best friends, Adam Ward, were killed on TV while covering a story.
Their deaths sent me on a new path, one that’s led me to run for the Virginia House of Delegates.
Trump Republicans and the NRA think they can buy this seat, but we’re counting on people like you to help fight for affordable health care, gun safety, and good schools for all children.
So far, over 2,000 people from 43 different states have powered my grassroots campaign to win one of the most competitive elections in America.
Will you join our campaign by contributing $5, $10, or $25?
…but that’s not the scummiest part of all of this folks. The guy literally ends the e-mail with this picture:
OOPS. Wrong picture…
Express Donate: $25
Express Donate: $50
Or, donate another amountFlip a seat blue and send a message to Trump Republicans and corporate interests by chipping in today!

Campaigning off of a murder is tragic enough, but fundraising off dead bodies?
That’s just downright ghoulish.
At some point, the sympathy ends when it starts being cashed in at $20 a pop for donations. Don’t care what party you’re in — is that really the right thing to do?
I’m sorry folks, but someone has to say it…
- Heeeeeeeere’s Boris!
