Well, that didn’t go as they probably planned.
Democrat activists staged a “die-in” Wednesday in Town Center in Virginia Beach, the heart of the Virginia’s Second Congressional District, to protest Congressman Scott Taylor’s support of repealing and replacing Obamacare.
Apparently, Democrats think it’s fun to pretend to be dead to try and attract media attention. Great fun visual, huh? Bodies strewn across walkways or a plaza. Because that’s what happens without Obamacare. Carnage everywhere.
And the media dutifully showed up, broadcasting the “dead” Democrats with cardboard tombstones. Really funny, right?
The same day these Democrats were pretending to be dead, people in London were actually killed by a terrorist and many others were injured, as Khalid Masood rammed his car into a crowded sidewalk. Islamists have claimed responsibility for the attack.
Meanwhile, Democrats in Virginia Beach think it’s creative to pretend to be dead to try to get media attention and attack a Congressional Republican.
It’s not creative. It’s not funny.
It’s disgusting!
One day, God forbid, that scene might be an actual attack here or someplace close to here.
And I doubt the families would think the Democrats’ cute protest was very cute at all.
